Welcome to the largest city in Switzerland - Zurich! Upon arrival, your driver meets you at the airport and transfers you to your remarkable hotel for check-in.
The rest of the day is free, so you can relax in your room, have dinner in a local restaurant, start exploring the nearby attractions or join our carefully planned optional tour.

Hiking Above Lake Walen
In the morning, meet your guide and set off on a one-hour train ride from Zurich to Walenstadt — a historic town once known as the “garrison city” of Switzerland. Upon arrival, depending on your energy and preference, you can begin your hike directly from Walenstadt (approx. 11 km / 7 miles), or opt for a shorter version by taking a bus with your guide to Walenstadtberg, a hill overlooking the lake.
From here, your hike unfolds over 7 km (4.5 miles) of breathtaking alpine scenery. As you make your way along the well-maintained mountain trails, enjoy unparalleled views of the deep blue, fjord-like Lake Walen, framed by the dramatic Churfirsten mountain range.
After about 2.5 hours, you’ll reach the charming, car-free village of Quinten. Thanks to its unique microclimate and southern exposure, Quinten boasts lush, Mediterranean-style vegetation, with palm trees, kiwi vines, and grapes growing in abundance.
Take a lunch break* in this idyllic setting before boarding a boat for a relaxing ride across the lake to Murg. From there, you’ll catch a train back to Zurich.
*Please note: Lunch is not included.

Departure
Following breakfast, you check out from the hotel, and your driver takes you to the station.
Lake Lucerne Country Hike
You arrive to Lucerne, set amid beautiful snow-capped mountains on Lake Lucerne. Upon arrival you walk to your centrally-located hotel (easily accessible on foot) for check-in.
In the afternoon you meet your guide, walk to the station and take a short bus ride to the farming area of Kastanienbaum (Chestnut Tree in English) located on a beautiful Lake Lucerne peninsula.
Upon arrival, you start a panoramic hike on the ridge of the hill at the height of 600 m (1,968 ft). The trail provides the magnificent views of the lake and the surrounding scenic Alps. Along the way you pass through a working bio farm, green pastures, old Swiss chalets, a vineyard and a small charming village of Winkel. The hiking lasts 1.5-2 hours, hike is almost flat with no major changes, easy level.
After the tour you take a bus back to Lucerne.

Trip to Mount Pilatus
In the morning you embark on an unforgettable trip with your private guide who shows you the magnificent views of Mount Pilatus and the Lucerne region. The tour starts with a cruise across the Lake Lucerne to Alpnachstad*. There you board the famous cogwheel train that takes you across the world's steepest railway passing through lush Alpine meadows, spectacular rocks and sparkling mountain streams to the top of Mt Pilatus, altitude of which is 2,132 m (6,995 ft). For the return journey you ride a cable car 'Dragon Ride' to enjoy the fantastic scenery once again. As the last part of your magnificent tour you take a 20-minute bus from Kriens to Lucerne. Tickets for public boat cruise, cogwheel train, cable car and bus are included. After the tour you return back to your Lucerne hotel.
*Please note: The boat and cogwheel train are available only from mid-May to mid-October. During the other months, the tour begins with a 20-minute bus ride to Kriens. There, you board a cable car and travel via the Dragon Ride cableway to the summit. For the return journey, you take the cable car back down and then return to Lucerne by bus from Kriens.

Luzern - Interlaken Express
Following breakfast you check out from the hotel and walk to the station to take a scenic train ride.
Luzern - Interlaken Express is a panoramic train which offers breathtaking views while taking its passengers over the GoldenPass Line.
Arrival
You arrive to the Interlaken railway station, from where you can easily reach your centrally-located hotel on foot.
The rest of the day is a leisure, so you can start exploring the nearby attractions on your own or take a rest after your train journey. Overnight at your hotel in Interlaken.

Mountain Trail Hike from Grindelwald
In the morning, you take a short train ride to Grindewald, where you meet your private guide and start a panoramic hiking tour in the Grindewald area.
Enjoy a spectacular 30-minute gondola ride to the First summit at 2,158 m (6,500 ft). From here, you start the panoramic hike. Today, you walk up to a summit above the tree line, admire the famous Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau mountain peaks, and experience the magnificent beauty of the Swiss Alps at its finest! The hike lasts 4 hours, the difference in altitude is about 335 m (1100 ft), moderate level. After you descend by foot across green pastures, you board a local bus for a 30-minute ride back to Grindelwald. After the tour, you return to Interlaken by train.
*The tour is recommended from mid-June to mid-October.
**Extend your stay in Interlaken and take a journey to Jungfraujoch, the highest railway station in Europe. Contact your travel specialist for details.

Departure from Zurich Airport
This is the final day of your hiking adventure in Switzerland! Following breakfast, you check out from the hotel, walk to the station and take a high-speed train ride to Zurich airport (with 1 train change in Bern).
