Although our total experience in Spain was very positive, we did encounter some technical problems.
Our first stop was Madrid. Unfortunately, our driver took us to the wrong address - a wrong hotel. Fortunately, the wrong hotel was only less than 100 m from our right hotel.
The second error was in Pamplona. The van driver from San Sebastián took us to Pamplona but he also took us to a wrong hotel. Fortunately, we found out this before the driver left. Thus, he took us to the right hotel.
The third small error was that we were told that our tour guide at the Dali's Museum would be Margaretta. However, when we tried to contact Margaretta with the phone provided, she could not be found. Again, fortunately, the driver went around and found a male guide who told us that Margaretta was unable to come and he would be our guide.
Several times, we tried the emergency phone number Firebird provided to us. But we could not get through because a special code was needed. But I could not find the code.
Other than these, our trip was very good.
