Exceeded all of my expectations. The tours were wonderful. Guides were amazing. So professional and a wealth of knowledge. Firebird made our dream trip to Italy come true. I do not have one single complaint and would highly recommend. The support team was very helpful with any questions I had. Response time through email was immediate. Great staff extremely professional and knowledgeable. Fortunately we did not need to use the support team during our trip. Everything was coordinated so well that we did not have to reach out. Everyday was spectacular. I really could not single out one thing because it was all so amazing. Thanks to Firebird and your team.
