Private & Small Group Tours to Scandinavia

We had a wonderful time on this trip to Scandinavia. The preparation‘s ahead of time were very helpful, including transfers from transportation to hotels. Hotels were excellent, beautifully appointed, and very pleasing to stay in. The only place where we ran into difficulty was in Finland, where the appointed date of our tour was a national holiday. Our tour person, Ula, said that she contacted Firebird and told them that this would create a problem because many things were closed.

What a wonderful and memorable trip to Scandinavia! We had a wonderful visit and so enjoyed our small group of travelers.

We loved it. Nice intro to Scandinavia.Possibly our Fjord Safari boat with a hike to the goat farm after. Also loved Bergen.

We had a wonderful experience! When the airlines canceled our flight she seamlessly updated our hotel and guide arrangements. Our guide was a perfect match for us. He is very knowledgeable about the land and culture of Iceland. We went away wanting more!

The trip itself was amazing. Everything that was included, I.e. taxis, hotels, tours, they knew who we were and were on time if not early. Even when a taxi was running late, they called to let us know. As we were told, go with no expectations and be thrilled. Well-planned itinerary. No rush. All were on time. Our Travel Coordinator responded well and quickly to our requests every time.

All of it!! The trip was absolutely amazing! I was so impressed by how well Firebird had every detail organized and made it so easy for us to do so much in such a short period of time. Can’t wait to book our next trip with Firebird!

Our overall impression of the trip is really great except for driver from one local supplier leaving on the tour without me and ruining the evening because I missed the whole experience. All travel coordinators were very helpful, responsive and fast, and pleasant, and easy to work with! Thank you, Anna, Kate, and Hope in particular. The icebreaker tour in Sweden was great! Scandic City Rovaniemi is not really a 4-star hotel, but it was fine.

All of the travel coordinators were very helpful and made our trip as pleasant as possible! Thank you! We were able to see the Northern Lights on two different nights. Also, the dog sledding was excellent where we went for 12k.

It was the trip of a lifetime for my family. Everything went smoothly. Our travel coordinators were very helpful and due to COVID had to reroute our trip at the last minute. They were very responsive to our needs. When we needed help, the response time was almost immediate. Fortunately, the trip was planned so well that we needed minimal help. Being able to share the experience with my Dad and sisters. The whole trip was a highlight!

Our travel coordinator was exceptional, always available with prompt solutions. The guide was a very nice guide. The only thing is that we had tickets to enter the church and on the day of the tour it does not open (Saturday). Great experience, everything went as planned very impressed with the punctuality of every activity. 

Loved Northern lights and great food. All questions were answered quickly and politely by our travel coordinator.

We had a great time visiting my daughter in Copenhagen. Firebird took the stress out of the logistics for us. The work of our Travel Coordinator was excellent. We had a slight issue with hotel reservations, and it was taken care of immediately by your support staff. I was very impressed by their responsiveness. The highlight of our trip was getting to hug my daughter for the first time in 3 months.

I mostly enjoyed visiting Mora, but Malmo and Stockholm cities were fascinating as well.

It was a truly wonderful trip. We had a great amount of support before our trip started and had all of our questions and concerns answered. The tour guides were wonderful. It was an amazing trip. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate so we didn't see the northern lights, which means we have to go back one day! It's hard to pick one thing out of the amazing tours we had booked. I think the evening snowmobile ride was the most challenging and exhilarating.

Hotels in Helsinki, Rovaniemi, Tallinn were excellent. The hotel in Stockholm (Camper) was fine but room was quite small. Connections were perfect. All guides were excellent.

We've totally enjoyed our honeymoon trip, check-in hotels were really easy. Our hotel's breakfast was great, love the widespread. Our activities were also fun! love dog sledding. Sad to say that we do not even get to see the northern lights even after standing out in the cold for hours. We will definitely book with firebird tours again and let them plan our trip in the future.

There aren't enough accolades to describe this trip. Everything was perfect. A trip of a lifetime. When I booked this trip I had no idea how great it would be. Firebird Tours, you are the best. Thank you so much.

We were a bit worried about organising our trip over the internet and not actually talking to someone and seeing them. I was pleasantly surprised with total punctuality of every driver and service was wonderful.
