I must give you a big thank you for the group that you arranged for our travels. We've become friends who will probably travel together again and will definitely see each other in the future. Our tour guide in Venice, Josie, was fabulous, loved her. The tour guide in Florence while very knowledgeable talked too much and lost most of us. She did not pay attention to her audience. The guide, Roberta, in Rome on Monday was disorganized. She was nice and knowledgeable, but I would strongly recommend Firebirds not use her again. Also, when we explained that we would not be going on the tour on Wednesday, she was upset. We had arranged to get tickets for a general audience with the Pope. We asked her if we could meet up with the group later and she was not very comfortable in working with us to do that, which was ok. The others told us for the tour on Wednesday, she was late, and disorganized again. She did not provide earpieces for the listening devices. The guide for the Pantheon was fabulous, and very knowledgeable. And the guide in Pompeii, Hilary, was fabulous. Thank you for making our anniversary trip so wonderful. I will definitely recommend your company again.
